KIOXIA XG8 系列採用 KIOXIA 最新的 112 層、3D TLC (每單元 3 位元) 快閃記憶體。XG8 SSD 搭載第 5 代 BiCS FLASH™ 和 SLC 快取, XG8 擁有分別高達 7,000 MB/s 和 5,800 MB/s 的循序讀取/寫入速度,並提供高達 90萬的隨機讀取和 62萬的隨機寫入 IOPS。XG8 系列在運作模式下耗電量維持在 8.1 W 以下,而在待機模式下則低於 3 mW。
